One Breath at a time.

BWD is like 20 years of therapy without saying a word. It's a way to create personal freedom from emotional pain, fear, doubt, guilt, shame, and layers of self defense and protection.

In this session you will learn a breathing technique that will fill your body with oxygen. It will allow you to get out of your head and back into your body to reconnect with your energy and power. 

The secret to health and happiness is shedding emotions that create pain and suffering. Daily Motivation - Just Breathe!

What you need:

* Yoga Mat

* Blanket

* Eye Mask

* Dress Comfortably

* Don't Eat Before Your Session (last meal 2-3 hours before session).
